Leather and Rosegold

Guess blazer, Wilfred blouse, T by Alexander Wang skirt, Theyskens' Theory heels, Alexander Wang 'Emile' tote (new season here), Michael Kors sunglasses, Michael Kors watch, Jewelmint bracelet, Kendra Scott earrings (old, similar here)

Hope you've all had a great weekend! Ready for the week?

I just had the most amazing dinner with the boyfriend at Jardiniere for our anniversary and now I feel all set to start a new week! The food was so incredible that I already can't wait to go back! If you're in the SF Bay Area and want some excellent fine dining, I recommend it.

Shifting focus, how amazing is my new love of a bag? I got it WAY on sale at theoutnet.com (it is sadly currently sold out). I love the eggshell leather paired with the rosegold hardware. I've been a huge fan of Alexander Wang's collection and this bag does not disappoint! I've been toting it around non-stop since it arrived.

I am nervous of color transfer onto the leather since it is such a light color. I've conditioned it with a good leather conditioner, but do any of you have suggestions or tips on how to keep this beauty in perfect condition forever?

Summer Yellow

Rachel Zoe Cardigan, Jcrew shirt, Gap jeans, Stuart Weitzman shoes, Michael Kors watch, Jcrew bracelets

Happy Monday!

I've got some exciting news! I'm going to be appearing in the October issue of Yoga Journal magazine! I spent all of last Monday working with some of my coworkers at Annabelle Breakey's studio for a photoshoot for the magazines "eating wisely" section. I got to be in front of the camera "preparing" food and then got to eat it as well. All in all, it was a great, but tiring, day. Unfortunately, I won't be able to share photos from the shoot with you until the magazine goes on sale in September, but I'll be sure to post them as soon as I can.

Yesterday was a treat because the boyfriend and I snuck out of the foggy city into sunny Novato, where his parents live. We, clearly, had some fun taking photos in his mom's beautifully kept garden. As for this week, I'm hoping for a quick Monday so I can start my Fourth of July celebrations!

Hope you all have a great Fourth of July holiday!

Swing Away, Orange

Gap trench coat, Jcrew sweater, Jcrew shirt, Gap jeans, Kate Spade 'Elina' flats (on sale!), RayBan sunglasses, Michael Kors watch

Happy Friday!

Hope you all are having a fantastic week! Wednesday after work, I picked up Cole from his office and we made a quick impromptu stop to one of our favorite spots in the hills of Tiburon and took advantage of the beautiful weather. Doesn't Cole take beautiful pictures?

I've been eagerly waiting for the weekend to start and it is finally here! Cole and I are driving to Lake Tulloc, near Sacramento, after work to spend a weekend of fun under the sun with his family. I'm excited to go wakeboarding and waterskiing. I've never done either activity before; wish me luck!

A Happy Father's Day to my dad! (And to all dad's out there as well!)

Memorial Weekend

Jcrew sweater, Jcrew shirt, Gap pants, Joie boots, RayBan Sunglasses, Michael Kors watch, OPI nail color in 'Dim Sum Plum'
(below: Jcrew trench coat, Jcrew sweater, 7forallmankind jeans, AGL flats)

What a weekend! Carnival parades, a visit to the SF farmer's market, a Carnival block party in the Mission, and a two and a half hour long hike in Marin to top it all off!

If you live in the SF Bay Area and you haven't checked out the mountains in Marin, I recommend taking some time to hike a trail or two. I spent yesterday hiking along the Pacific Ocean with my boyfriend and his wonderful parents. The breathtaking view makes the hard work worth it, I promise.

Exhausted!

Red, White, & Grey

Gap trench coat, Zara blazer, Jcrew sweater, Jcrew pants, Sam Edelman sandals (on here and here!), LWCollection Bag (custom design), RayBan sunglasses, new Michael Kors 'Runway' watch, Jewelmint & Jcrew bracelets, necklace from Ebay

Hope you all are enjoying the long Memorial Day weekend! This weekend is packed full of crowd-drawing events in San Francisco. For starters, the Golden Gate bridge is turning 75 and the annual Carnival is happening here in the Mission. All the fun commotion comes hand in hand with loud traffic causing crowds which is why the boyfriend and I escaped to the East Bay for a couple of hours. We came back home just as the streets were quieting down; perfect for a nice quiet Saturday night in.

I'll be spending Memorial day hiking in the mountains and spending some overdue quality time with Mother Nature. What will you be doing on Monday?

Have a GREAT rest of the long weekend!
